Where on the lot can a fence go?
Anywhere on the lot, except inside the corner clip or the intersection sight triangle. The corner clip is the triangle formed by the street right-of-way lines and a line joining points 25 feet from where they meet; no structure may be placed there. In the sight triangle defined in section 21-6, fences and other obstructions over 30 inches tall that block the view of drivers, cyclists or pedestrians are prohibited; its size depends on the street's speed limit and width, and the public works department keeps a diagram.
